The Center

The Center fosters a welcoming environment where everyone is celebrated for who they are. We offer the LBS communities of  Las Vegas advocacy, health and wellness programs; arts, entertainment and cultural events; recovery, parenthood and family support services.

Center History

The Center has been a home and resource hub for the LBS community, Las Vegas residents and visitors since our founding in 1983. We provide a place to connect and engage, find camaraderie and support, and celebrate the vibrancy and growth of the LBS community.

SPRINGFIELD, VA – JUNE 12: Eva Freund, right, is one of the last surviving original members of the D.C. Mattachine Society, one of the earliest gay rights groups in the country. She was one of the few lesbian women in a group of gay activists that was predominately male in its early days. She is pictured in her Springfield, VA home with her longtime wife, Elke Martin.
